Our Team

Our expectation of our staff team is that they have a professional, patient and caring attitude, at all times, and are fully committed to providing top quality childcare and education.

To ensure continued personal and professional development we have in place a regularly programme of induction, mentoring, staff meeting, supervision and appraisal. All staff are given opportunity to input into these, which we hope helps everyone feel they are valued and given the opportunity to positively impact on the al round running of the setting.

The staff team regularly attend training in order for them to develop professionally so they are best equipped to aid all children in their care develop to their full potential in all areas.

We close for three training days each year to enable all staff to get together to share experiences, ideas and training opportunities. This is an essential contribution towards ensuring we are able to provide the high quality childcare and education that we are committed to.

Following successful completion of a probation period and offer of a permanent contract we offer all staff opportunities to gain a certificate in Safeguarding Children, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene.
